Meet Roma

My own early experiences in the working world challenged me to find more effective ways to survive and thrive.  Once I realized that the only thing I could change was how I behaved and how I reacted to those around me, my true learning began.

Eventually, I entered a master's degree program in Organizational Leadership and Management, which introduced me to a whole new way of interacting with others in the working world.

As a manager for many years, I recognized that it was the coaching aspects of my job that were the most meaningful to me.  I was often more invested in helping others succeed than in my own achievements and I realized becoming a full time coach and helping others was my true calling.
